烟草萃取液微胶囊的制备及缓释性能研究

摘要 以聚乙烯醇为壁材包覆烟草萃取液制备微胶囊,通过正交实验得到的最佳工艺条件为:w(聚乙烯醇)∶w(菜子油)∶w(芯材)∶w(水相)=3∶20∶4∶25,乳化时间20min,搅拌速度1 200r/min,复凝聚时间10min。实验所得的微胶囊成球形,粒径在30-200μm,包覆率在48%左右,微胶囊在30℃碱液中80h缓释40%-50%,延长了萃取液在重组烟叶的存在时间,减少萃取液挥发造成的浪费。 In the paper,tobacco extract microcapsule was firstly prepared by solvent evaporation method with polyvinyl alcohol cellulose as shell material.Orthogonal experiment results showed that the optimum processing conditions was:polyvinyl alcohol:vegetable oil:tobacco extract:aqueous phase=3:20:4:25, emulsification time at 20min,stirring at 1200r/m,complex coacervation time at 10min.Mircocapsules was globular,diameter 30-200μm,cover rate about 48%.In alkaline conditions with 30℃,microcapsules slow release 40%-50%in 80hours,which extended the time for the presence of the extract in restructuring tobacco and reduced the waste caused by the extract volatilization.
