摘要
商用车内饰顶棚是驾驶室内部重要的NVH部件。介绍在轻质GMT板材表面覆合无纺布制造汽车顶棚的工艺;分析了商用车GMT顶棚与普通麻纤板顶棚在机械性能、隔音、隔热等性能方面的差别;探讨了GMT材料制造商用车顶棚的一般成型工艺,及它作为一种新型的汽车轻量化材料在汽车内饰件方面的发展前景。
Ceiling is an important NVH part of commercial vehicle, The technology of ceiling was introduced which was made of light GMT. The differences between GMT ceiling and bast-fibre ceiling were analyzed from mechanical performance, sound insulation property and heat-insulating property etc. The developing trend of light material GMT in vehicle interior decoration was discussed.
