摘要
氧传感器是控制汽车尾气排放、降低汽车对环境污染、提高汽车发动机燃油燃烧质量的关键传感零件。采用CFD方法,对某发动机低负荷工况下排气系统瞬态工作过程进行模拟,对排气系统中的速度场进行了分析,通过计算一个工作循环内的流场平均速度及速度脉动情况,精确预测了氧传感器的位置,后期试验表明该计算结果推荐的氧传感器位置满足试验要求。另外计算了三元催化转化器内一个工作循环内的瞬态速度均匀性系数值,计算结果表明在任何时刻速度均匀性系数均满足设计要求。
The oxygen sensor is used to control vehicle emissions, reduce vehicle fuel consumption. CFD analysis is used to model the flow field around an oxygen sensor in an exhaust pipe to calculate the velocity and three-way catalytic converter velocity uniformity coefficients. Then the average velocity and the velocity fluctuations within a work cycle are analyzed and helped to predict the location of the oxygen sensor. And the results show that at any moment the velocity uniformity coefficient meet the design requirements.
