摘要
文章从织物组织花型设计和工艺设计两个角度设计粗纺格呢织物组织,并对毛涤原料的选取、织造工艺和后整理等条件进行优化。研究表明,此产品兼具羊毛和涤纶风格特征,呢面光洁、质地柔软、纹路清晰,光泽鲜亮、力学性能优良。
Extensive tweed fabric weave was designed through weave pattern and process design,then the material selection,weaving process and finishiing was optimizateed.The results show that this product both have style characteristics of wool and polyester,with smooth,soft,cleanliness,brightshiny,excellent mechanical properties.
