摘要
通过对煤种的内水含量、煤浆粒度分布、磨煤机的钢棒填充量等影响煤浆含量的主要因素的分析,发现煤浆含量具有进一步提高的可能。通过摸索,得出了合理的钢棒填充量和级配,并成功优化,使煤浆质量分数提高了约1%。
By analysis of main factors which infect coal slurry content, such as inner water content of coal type, particle size distribution of coal slurry, filling amount of steel rod of coal mill, it is found that it is possible to increase coal slun'y content further. By experiments, the rational filling amount and grading of steel rod are obtained, and optimized successfully, resulting increase of coal slurry mass fraction by 1%.
