摘要
针对传统的视频监控对于大跨度机械臂存在视角盲点的问题,研究了3D技术在大跨度机械臂监控系统中的应用,提出了利用嵌入式3D技术来提升监控视角覆盖范围的方法.该方法通过3DStudio Max软件对拥有大跨度机械臂的桥梁检测车进行实体建模,在嵌入式Android平台上利用OpenGL ES函数库对3D模型重新渲染,为机械臂模型各关节的运动暴露传感器控制接口.实验结果表明,3D技术的应用不仅可以克服传统视频监控的视角局限,而且在监控画面的逼真程度上得到了一定的提升.
For large span manipulator, the traditional monitoring system exist the defect of angle blind spot. To solve this problem, the 3D technology applied on the monitoring system of large span manipulator was researched. The method of using 3D technology to enhance the monitor angle coverage was proposed. In this method, the simulation model of bridge inspection vehicle which has large span manipulator with the software of 3D Studio Max was built and OpenGL ES library was used to re-render the 3D model on Android platform. Then, the interface of sensor control for each joint of manipulator model was exposed. Experimental results show that the 3D technology applied on the monitoring system of large span mechanical arm can overcome the limitations of surveillance perspective of traditional video and make monitor screen more realistic.
