摘要
目的:加快绞股蓝多糖的提取速度,探讨内部沸腾法绞股蓝多糖的提取新工艺。方法:以减压内部沸腾法提取绞股蓝粉末回收皂苷、黄酮等小分子物质后的残渣为原料,然后采用内部沸腾法提取多糖,以单因素实验分析多糖提取率的影响因素。结果:内部沸腾法提取绞股蓝多糖的最佳提取工艺参数为:对5.0 g药渣、6 mL体积分数为80%的乙醇解吸剂、料液比为1:15、提取温度为95℃、提取时间为8 min,此条件下多糖提取率为0.019%,含量为10%。与同等条件解吸后的传统回流提取相比,提取时间短,杂质少。结论:内部沸腾法提取绞股蓝多糖具有速度快、简便的特性,优势明显。
Objective: To accelerate the extraction of polysaccharides from Gynostemma pentaphyllum by inner ebullition, the optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Gynostemma pentaphyllum was studied. Methods: In order to get rid of small molecular substances such as saponins, flavones, etc, Gynostemma pentaphyllum was extracted by the decompressing inner ebullition for pretreatment. Then polysaccharides were extracted by inner ebullition. In this paper, the influences of the operating parameters for the yield were determined by single factor experiment. Results: The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: the volume fraction of ethanol solution saturated the materials was 80%, the volume of water was 15 times to material. The extraction process can finish after 8 min at 95℃. Under the condition, the yield and extractum content was 0.019% and 10% for each other. Compared to traditional extraction, the method has short time of extraction and less impurity. Conclusion: Inner ebullition has characteristics of fast extraction speed and distinctive advantages in extracting polysaccharides from Gynostemma pentaphyllum. It was a simple and convenient method.
