摘要
设计了一个基于空芯带隙型光子晶体光纤传感器的矿井瓦斯浓度监测系统,系统通过NEC高性能单片机78F0511对各光纤传感器进行数据采集并进行存储,同时通过低压电力线载波通信芯片PL2102将数据调制到220/380V低压电力线送给向上位机。分析了传感器系统的工作原理,给出了低压电力线载波通信系统的设计方案。实验结果表明,该系统完全可以满足矿井安全生产的需要。
In this paper a gas density monitoring system based on PhotonicBand-Gap photonic crystal fiber sensor is proposed. In the system, NEC high-performance single-chip microcomputer 78F0511 can collect and store data from these sensors, and then low-voltage power line carrier communication chip PL2102 sends the data to the upper computer through 220/380 low-voltage power line, In the paper, the principle of the sensors is offered, and the design of the low-voltage power line carrier communication system is provided. The results of experiments prove that this system is able to meet the need of mine safe production.
