摘要
拟采用向污水中添加反相破乳剂的方法提高油田污水内油滴粒径进一步油水分离效率,提出了与之相符的破乳剂优选指标和优选方法。根据提出的优选指标对各反相破乳剂和加剂量进行了优选,并用模拟采出水测试了在不同作用时间下优选药剂的处理效果。实验表明,所选出的破乳剂S1在加剂量为20 mg/L时能够很好的符合处理要求,且药剂作用时间越长,污水中油滴粒径增大幅度越大,水样中1μm以下油滴浓度和含量越小。
The method of adding reverse demulsifier into the oily wastewater was adopted to increase the droplet size to further improve the efficiency of oil-water separation, and the corresponding optimized indicators of demulsifiers were put forward. The optimized selection of the reverse demulsifiers and its additive dosage was carried out by indoor experiments based on the optimized indicators. Artificial produced water was used to test treatment effect of the optimized demulsifier under different action time. The experiment results show that demulsifier S1 with additive dosage of 20mg/L can accordance with requirements of the processing very well, and with the increase of action time, average size of droplets increases, and amount of the droplets whose size is less than 1μm decreases.
