摘要
依据竞争情报相关原理,运用描述性统计、Ucinet 6.0统计软件对2003-2012年阿迪达斯公司体育专利研发进行了追踪研究,结果认为:亚洲、北美洲是阿迪达斯体育专利主要的技术输出地,美国、伊朗和日本是其体育专利主要的技术输出国,阿迪达斯公司在不同国家的技术输出不尽相同;阿迪达斯公司在主IPC涉及领域不断扩大,传统的以运动鞋、运动器械为主的研发正在逐渐向多元化研究方向转变;专利共生领域的交叉研究范围和深度均有较大的发展,有效缓解了产品同质性过高的问题;阿迪达斯公司传承了德国企业在技术创新中的传统,形成了以德国研发成员为核心,以其他国家研发成员为主的专利研发体系,为阿迪达斯公司技术创新提供了人力资源上的保障。通过阿迪达斯近10年来专利研发的跟踪研究,对处于体育产品品牌危机中的中国企业在体育专利技术创新实践领域有着重要的现实意义和积极的借鉴作用。
Competitive intelligence theory, and descriptive statistics and Ucinet 6.0 statistical software were used for tracking research on Adidas sports patent R & D from 2003 to 2012. The results: Asia and North America are main technical output area of Adidas sports patent technology, the United States, Iran and Japan are the main exporter of sports patent technology, and Adidas has different technology output in different countries; Adidas study field of the main IPC is expanding; traditional research on sports shoes, sports equipment has gradually changed to the diversified research direction; scope and depth of patent symbiotic interdisciplinary research have a greater development, to effectively alleviate the problem of high product homogeneity; Adidas inherited traditional innovation in German enterprises, forming German members as the core and other countries as main members, providing the human resources guarantee for technology innovation. The tracking study of Adidas' patent research in recent 10 years has important practical significance and positive reference for role innovation practice of sports patent field in China.
