摘要
为探索高校普通体育课对大学生主观锻炼体验的影响,通过问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对1 122名大学生开展问卷调查。研究结论:1)大学体育课能够起到增强身体素质、促使掌握运动技能、提升学习兴趣、提高自信心的作用;2)一年级适合体育课内容的学生比二年级少,对体育课感兴趣的程度比二年级高;3)一次体育课的练习对于普通大学生的积极幸福感几乎没有影响,对其心理烦恼程度具有减轻作用,对其疲劳有少许的缓解作用;4)疲劳会在一定程度上增强心理烦恼;5)适应体育课内容的学生更能够体验到积极幸福感。
In order to explore the impact of PE Class in colleges amt universities on the students' subjective exercise experience, the study conducted a survey of 1122 college students. The conclusions: 1 ) University PE class can enhance physical fitness, prompt to master motor skills, enhance interest in learning, and improve self - confidence. 2) First - year students adapting to physical education content are less than the second year, but the level of interest higher than sophomore in the physical education. 3) One physic',d education practice has no effect on ordinary students' positive well - being, but can alleviate their degree of psychological distress mitigate their fatigue more or less. 4) Fatigue will to some extent increase psychological troubles. 5 )Students that adapt to the physical education content are more able to experience positive well -being.
