摘要 研究了冷加工变形量对 GH6 2 5合金板材力学性能的影响。研究表明 ,随冷加工变形量的增加 ,GH6 2 5合金的拉伸强度增加 ,但塑性降低。冷加工变形量对持久寿命和冷热疲劳性能影响显著 ,2 0 %左右的冷变形量可使合金具有最佳的持久寿命和疲劳性能及良好的综合力学性能。合金冷作硬化效果与合金的回复和再结晶程度及固溶处理温度有关。 The effects of cold deformation on the mechanical properties of sheet superalloy GH625 and the mechanism of cold work hardening were investigated It is indicated that the tensile strength of GH625 is increased but the ductility is decreased with increasing the degree of cold deformation Significant effects of cold deformation on the stress rupture and thermal mechanical fatigue properties of the alloy are revealed; the best combination of stress rupture and fatigue properties and great overall mechanical properties are achieved after 20% cold deformation The cold work hardening is affected by both the recovery and recrystalization after cold work and by the solid solution temperature
