Application of Distributed Optical Fiber Temperature Measurement System in Monitoring Goaf Coal Spontaneous Combustion

摘要 随着综采放顶煤技术的应用,增加了采空区的自然发火机率和防治难度。介绍了煤自燃监测方法的研究现状,根据拉曼散射理论,设计出用于采空区的分布式光纤测温系统(DTS);工业性试验表明,系统能够准确的对温度进行实时监测,并及时记录预警信息(故障、差温、高温),为采空区煤自燃早期预防提供了重要基础数据。 With the application of fully mechanized top coal caving mining technology, it increased the spontaneous combustion proba- bility and control difficulty in goaf. The research status of coal spontaneous combustion monitoring methods were introduced. Distribu- ted Optical Fiber Temperature Measurement System(DTS) based on the theory of Raman Scattering in goal was designed. The industri- al test showed that the system could real time monitor temperature accurately and record the alarm information (fault, differential tem- perature, high temperature) in time. It provides significant basic data for coal spontaneous combustion in early prevention.
