摘要 肺炎克雷伯菌是临床分离和医院获得性感染最常见的致病菌之一,其主要耐药机制包括产生抗菌药物灭活酶、抗菌药物渗透障碍(生物被膜和外膜孔蛋白缺失)、药物作用靶位的改变、主动外排泵系统的亢进作用、整合子等。肺炎克雷伯菌耐药机制的研究对于控制耐药菌的播散和合理使用抗生素都具有重要的意义。本文就上述耐药机制的研究进展进行综述。 Klehsiella pneumoniae is an important opportunistic pathogen and iatrogenic infection of bacterium, the main mechanism of drug resistance are producing antibiotic drug inactivation of enzyme, antimierobial drug permeation barriers (the biofilm and outer membrane protein deficiency ), changing the drug target, hyperthyroidism role of active efflux pump system, the integron, and so on.It plays a crucial role inthe control the spread of resistant organism and more rational use of antibiotic to understand the mechanism of drug resistance for Klebsiella pneumoniae.ln this review, the current research progress on the mechanisms of drug resistance are described.
