摘要
通过对氟化铝在电解过程的消耗,分析了氟化铝的利用率较低的原因,从原材料水分控制、降低电解生产温度、减少效应系数、保持合理分子比、提高烟气净化回收率等方面着手,提高了氟化铝的利用率,降低了氟化铝的消耗,以及减少环境污染。
The present paper discusses causes of low utilizing of aluminum fluoride during aluminum production . Consumption of aluminum fluoride is lowered by some operation practices , such as quality control of raw materials , lowering electrolysis temperature , fewer anode effects , proper mole ratio , improving efficiency of pot fume treat-ment . Therefore , this reduces the cost of aluminum production and lessens environmental pollution .
