摘要 使用计算流体力学(CFD)的方法,对DTB型结晶器连续结晶过程中的流场进行了仿真模拟,得到了不同高径比的DTB型结晶器中液相流场和固相体积分数的分布信息,通过对结晶器分区,考察了不同区域固相平均悬浮密度的分布规律.结果表明:在相同的操作条件下,结晶器的高径比会影响液、固相的循环,产生不同的液相流场和固相悬浮状态,从而影响结晶过程. The hydrodynamic and solid suspension weresimulated with Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)for a DTB crystallizer with different ratios of height to diameter. The information about the fluid flow field and the distributions of the crystals volume fraction was obtained. Crystal concentration distribution in different areas was analyzed,which could be used for further modeling of the crystallization process. The results show that different ratios of the height to the diameter of the DTB crystallizers under the same operating condition can affect the cycle of liquid and solid phase,and cause different liquid flow fields and the state of suspension.
