微生物法降解环氧丙烷生产废水的研究

Study on degradation of propylene oxide production wastewater by microbiological method

摘要 为有效降低环氧丙烷(PO)生产废水的处理成本,以运城盐湖泥水为菌种源,经逐步筛选驯化后,培养出一株低成本高效菌株(YH-2)。研究结果表明:该菌株为革兰氏阳性菌,短杆状,无鞭毛,接触酶阳性;将YH-2培养3 d后引入不添加任何营养物质且初始pH为10的废水中,32℃时该菌株能利用废水中的有机物质作为碳源、氮源进行生长繁殖,5 d内废水的CODcr(化学需氧量)降解率(70.9%)相对最大。 In order to effectively reduce the treatment cost of propylene oxide (PO) production wastewater, an efficient bacterial strain (YH-2) with low cost was gradually cultivated by screening and acclimating bacterial source from muddy water in Yuncheng salt lake. The research results showed that the bacterial strain belong to gram positive bacteria with short rod-shaped, no-flagella and catalase positive. The YH-2 cultured for 3 d was introduced into wastewater with initial pH=10 and without any nutrients, the total CODcr (chemical oxygen demand) removal rate (70.9%) of wastewater in 5 d was relatively maximal because the bacterial strain could grow and propagate by organic substance in wastewater as a carbon source, nitrogen source at 32 ℃.
