摘要
以聚酯多元醇、MDI(4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯)和液态松香增黏树脂等为主要原料,采用本体聚合法制备了反应型PU-HMPSA(聚氨酯热熔压敏胶)。反应型PU-HMPSA具有压敏性和一定的初始剥离强度,可制成PSA(压敏胶)胶带制品,粘接后经湿气固化,剥离强度明显提高。研究结果表明:当w(无定型聚酯多元醇EVONIK-7130)=20%、w(液态聚酯多元醇A)=30%、w(多官能度聚酯多元醇XCP-2325)=5%和w(液态松香增黏树脂)=3%(均相对于物料总质量而言)时,PU-HMPSA的综合性能相对最好,其初粘力为14#(钢球)、初始180°剥离强度为22 N/25 mm、最终180°剥离强度为75 N/25 mm和玻璃化转变温度为-32.61℃。
With polyester polyol, MDI(4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate) and liquid rosin tackifier resin as main raw materials, a reactive PU- HMPSA (polyurethane hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive) was prepared by mass polymerization. The reactive PU-HMPSA, which had the pressure sensitive and a certain initial peeling strength, could make PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) tape products, and its peeling strength after bonding was obviously improved by moisture curing. The research results showed that the PU-HMPSA had the relatively best combination property because its initial tack was 14^#(steel ball) , initial 180° peeling strength and finally 180° peeling strength were 22 N/25 mm and 75 N/25 mm respectively, and glass transition temperature was -32.61 ℃ when mass fractions of amorphous polyester polyols EVONIK-7130, liquid polyester polyols A, polyfunctional polyester polyols XCP-2325 and liquid rosin tackifier resin were 20%, 30%, 5%, 3% respectively in total materiels.
