摘要
本实验合成了牛磺酸水杨醛希夫碱,探讨了镉离子与合成的希夫碱之间的反应.在NaH2PO4-NaOH缓冲溶液介质中,镉离子能使其荧光强度增大,荧光强度增大的程度随镉离子的浓度增大而增大.考察了试剂与镉离子反应的最佳条件,在λex/em=295/415nm处,镉离子的浓度在40-600ug/L时,荧光增强量ΔF与镉离子浓度呈线性关系,据此建立了测量镉离子的直接荧光分析方法.
Fluorescence reagent Taurine-Salicylaldehyde Schiff Base was synthesized. The reaction between Schiff Base and cadmium ion wasexamined. In phosphate buffer solution,flourescentintensity Taurine-Salicylaldehyde Schiff Base was enhanced by cadmium ion. A direct fluorescence analytical method was proposed to determine the trace cadmium ion based on the of fluorescent intensity increasing with the increase of cadmium ion concentration. On optimal conditions, the linear range was tested to be 40- 600ug/L. The proposed method is simple and highly sensitive.
