摘要 我国是肝癌高发国家，世界上50％以上的肝癌发生在中国。世界范围内每年约38．6万人死于肝癌，其中45％在我国，肝癌位居我国恶性肿瘤第二位致死原因。目前，经动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）、射频、冷冻、微波等局部微创介入技术已列入国际标准化肝癌治疗指南，但术后局部复发和远处转移是影响肝癌远期疗效的重要因素。
