摘要
情绪调节教学模式与体育教学相交已久,但始终未曾真正相互融合渗透。源于体育项目包罗甚广、分门别类、各具特点。寻求最佳突破口才能直抵靶心。游泳教学是极具特色的体育教学项目,求生与求技好似孪生,共存于始终。本文以前人的研究为根基,本着创新思维、积极拓展的思想,积极探索在游泳中引入情绪调节教学的应用模式并验证其教学效果。结果证明该模式可优化游泳教学方法,防止和消除学生对学习游泳的心理障碍,在提高教学效果的同时对大学生心理问题进行有效疏导,助其踏上终生体育之途。
The emotion regulation teaching mode has been used in the physical education for a long time. However, it has not been widely applied and its effects have not been fully yielded. The adoption of the mode in the compulsory swimming teaching proved a good example of its application and good results. It could eliminate the students" mental barriers in swimming while foster their love for sports.
