重瓣玫瑰诱导抗性对双斑萤叶甲成虫解毒酶的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Induced Resistance of Rosa rugosa‘plena'on the Activities of Detoxifying Enzymes in Monolepta hieroglyphica(Motschulsky)

摘要 为研究重瓣玫瑰(Rosa rugosa‘plena’)的诱导抗虫性,采用茉莉酸(JA)、茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)、茉莉酮(Z—jasmone)、水杨酸(SA)诱导处理重瓣玫瑰植株,研究双斑萤叶甲(Monolepta hieroglyphica(Motschulsky))成虫取食不同化合物诱导的重瓣玫瑰后,其碱性磷酸酯酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酯酶(ACP)、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GSTs)、羧酸酯酶(CarE)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)的变化。结果表明:取食不同化合物诱导的重瓣玫瑰后,双斑萤叶甲成虫AKP活性先升高后降低,ACP活性均受到不同程度的抑制:取食MeJA处理植株的试虫GSTs活性在1~5d显著低于对照;取食JA、MeJA、Z—jasmone处理植株的试虫CarF活性在第1天受到显著抑制,MeJA在第1、3天诱导的植株抗性对试虫carE活性均有显著抑制作用:JA诱导的植株抗性对试虫AChE活性有短暂的抑制作用。JA、MeJA诱导的重瓣玫瑰对双斑萤叶甲成虫解毒酶有较强的抑制作用。 After spraying JA, MeJA, Z-jasmone and SA, the activities of alkaline phosphatase ( AKP), acid phosphatase (ACP) , glutathione S-transferases (GSTs) , carboxylesterase (CarE) , and acetylcholinesteras (ACHE) of Monolepta hieroglyphica (Motschulsky) were measured to study the induced resistance to insects of Rosa rugosa ' plena'. After feeding the plants induced by different compounds, the AKP activities of M. hieroglyphica (Motschulsky) increases first and then decreases after feeding, ACP activities are significantly inhibited. GSTs activities of M. hieroglyphica (Motschulsky) are significantly lower than that of control after feeding plants treated with MeJA in the first five days. CarE activities are significantly inhibited after feeding plants treated with JA, MeJA, Z-jasmone in the first day, and CarE activities are significantly inhibited after feeding plants treated with MeJA on the first and third day. AChE activities of M. hieroglyphica (Motschulsky) are inhibited after feeding plants treated with JA for a short time. The plants treated with JA and MeJA can inhibit detoxifying enzymes activities of M. hieroglyphica (Motschulsky).
