呼和浩特地区盐碘含量调整后孕妇碘营养状况调查 被引量:2

Survey on iodine nutrition status of pregnant women in Hohhot after adjustment of iodized salt standard

摘要 目的了解呼和浩特地区盐碘含量下调后孕妇的碘营养状况,为孕妇科学补碘提供依据。方法 2013年5—7月在呼和浩特市9个旗县区各随机抽取1所医院,各医院至少收集50名不同孕期的孕妇,采集其随机尿样,采用过硫酸铵消化-砷铈接触法检测尿碘含量。结果 461名孕妇尿碘中位数为154.8μg/L,尿碘<150μg/L的占48.6%,其中城市和乡镇孕妇的尿碘中位数分别为155.0、153.2μg/L,<150μg/L的分别占48.3%和48.8%。孕早、中、晚期孕妇的尿碘中位数分别为155.0、158.0、150.2μg/L,<150μg/L的分别占50.0%,47.2%,49.8%。城市孕妇在孕早期和孕中期的尿碘中位数均明显高于乡镇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且后者处于碘营养不足状态。结论盐碘含量调整后呼和浩特地区孕妇虽不存在碘缺乏,但尿碘水平偏低,尤其是乡镇孕早、中期孕妇仍处于碘营养不足状态。 Objective To investigate the iodine nutrition status of pregnant women in Hohhot after adjustment of iodized salt standard and to provide theoretical basis for scientific iodine supplement. Methods Nine hospitals were randomly selected from nine districts in Hohhot, and in each hospital, no less than 50 pregnant women in different gestation period were chosen as the subjects during May to July, 2013. The urine samples were collected to determine the urine iodine by acid digestion arsenic-cerium contact method. Results The median of urine iodine was 154.8 μg/L in 461 pregnant women .The ratio of urine iodine less than 150μg/L was 48.6%. The median of urine iodine in the city and town was 155.0 and 153.2 μg/L respectively, and the ratio of urine iodine less than 150 μg/L in each part was 48.3% and 48.8% respectively. The medians of urine iodine for early,middle and late pregnant women were 155.0, 158.0 and 150.2μg/L respectively, and the ratio of urine iodine less than 150 μg/L in each trimester was 50.0%,47.2% and 49.8% respectively. Urine iodine levels of early and middle pregnant women in city were higher than that in town (P〈0.05) ,which was in iodine undernutrition. Conclusion The pregnant women in Hohhot after adjustment of iodized salt standard are not lack of iodine intake, but the urine iodine level is slightly lower,especially for early and middle pregnant women in town who is in iodine undernutrition.
