摘要
塔河油田深部软硬地层交互,硬质夹层较多,地层抗压强度较高,制约了塔河油田的钻井提速。为此,引进了YTJ型液力推进器。介绍了YTJ型液力推进器的结构、工作原理、技术特点和主要参数。该推进器采用液力加压的方式,实现了给钻头准确加压及均匀送钻功能。塔河油田S1155井和TK915-4井的现场应用结果表明,YTJ型液力推进器减震效果显著,解决了钻遇砾石层跳钻的难题,机械钻速较邻井对应井段提高5.4%~292.2%,井斜控制在1°以内,提速效果明显,大幅提高了钻井效率,同时保证了井身质量。
There are alternate soft and hard formations, many hard interbeds and high formation compression strength in Tahe Oilfield. This restricts the improvement of drilling rate in Tahe Oilfield. Therefore, the oilfield has introduced Model YTJ hydraulic thruster which is supported by PDC bit in order to improve the rate of penetration (IIOP) . The paper introduces the structure, operating prineiple, teehnologieal feature and main parameters of the thruster. The thruster hydraulic pressure way to aehieve accurate drill to drill pressure and uniform delivery eapabili- ties. Its application in Well S1155 and Well TK915 -4 of Tahe Oilfield. The field application shows that the thruster damping effect is remarkable, gravel drilling overcome the problem of jumping drills, ROP compared to the corre- sponding wells adjacent wells segment improved by 5.4% ~ 292.2% , deviation control in 1°or less, improves the drilling rate considerably, increasing the drilling efficiency remarkably and ensuring the wellbore quality.
