摘要 为了对抽油机井的结蜡进行定量化分析,从示功图中提取最大载荷、最小载荷、载荷差及载荷比4个参数,依据这4个参数的变化率来衡量油井的结蜡程度,并对这些参数进行分析、对比和优化。依据最大载荷、最小载荷、载荷差及载荷比的变化率,结合实测示功图的解释结果,得出用载荷比来判断结蜡程度误差井次最少,且结蜡井界限易于分级。根据结蜡分级公式对研究区油井进行结蜡分级,对不同结蜡程度的油井采取了不同的措施,具体是轻度结蜡井维持现有措施,中度结蜡井加强结蜡监测,重度结蜡井应加大清蜡力度,增大清蜡剂用量。 To conduct a quantitative analysis of paraffin deposit in rod pumped wells, the four parameters of maximum load, minimum load, load difference and load ratio were extracted from the indicator diagram. According to the change rate of the parameters, the paraffinning degree of oil well was measured. The parameters were ana- lyzed, compared and optimized. In light of the change rate of maximum load, minimum load, load difference and load ratio and in combination of the explanation result of the measured indicator diagram, the minimum error of well-time of paraffinning degree diagnosis was related to load ratio. Moreover, it was easy to classify paraffinning well boundaries. The paraffinning classification of oil wells in the research area was conducted according to the par- atfinning classification formula. Different measures were taken to handle the oil wells of different paraffinning de- grees. Specifically speaking, the present measures were maintained with slightly paraffinning wells; paraffining mo- nitoring was strengthened with moderately paraffinning wells; deparaffinning should be strengthened and the amount of paraffin removal agents should be increased with seriously paraffinning wells.
