摘要
研究阳离子型、阴离子型及非离子型硫磺微乳液对石棉抄取板性能的影响。研究结果表明:加入硫磺微乳液抄取板的性能均优于添加硫磺颗粒的抄取板,特别是加入阳离子型硫磺微乳液的抄取板,其抗张性能、压缩回弹性能及应力松弛性能均好于其他抄取板,当阳离子型硫磺微乳液用量为1.5%时(相对于纤维的用量),其抗张指数15.6 N·m·g-1、压缩率17%、回弹率44%、应力松弛率18%。
Three kinds of self-made sulfur microemulsion were added into the asbestos latex sheets, then we studied the impact of cationic, anionic, and nonionic sulfur emulsion on the properties of the asbestos latex sheets separately. The results showed that performance of the sheets adding cationic sulfur emulsion is better than the sheets adding sulfur particles, the sheets adding cationic sulfur emulsion have the best performance. At the dosage of microemulsion is 1.5% (sulfur is relative to the fiber), the max tensile index is 15.6 N.m.g-1, the minimum compression ratio is 17%, the max rebound rate is 44%, the minimum creep relaxation rate is 18%. Comprehensively, cationic sulfur emulsion can improve the performance of sealing material.
