摘要
目的：探讨间苯三酚联合利多卡因在绝经后妇女取环术中的效果。方法选取2012年5月～2013年5月在东莞市计划生育服务中心进行取环术的绝经后妇女79例，随机分为2组。对照组（n=39），术中注射利多卡因；观察组（n=40），术前注射间苯三酚，术中注射利多卡因。对比2组宫颈口松弛情况、一次性取环成功率和镇痛效果。结果2组宫颈口松弛情况差异较小。观察组术中镇痛有效率高于对照组，一次性取环成功率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在绝经后妇女取环术中应用间苯三酚联合利多卡因，能减轻患者痛苦，提高一次性取环成功率，具有极大的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate Phloroglucinol combined with lidocaine in postmenopausal women taking the ring intraoperative clinical value. Methods From May 2012 to May 2013 take birth control center ring after surgery 79 cases of postmenopausal women were randomLy divided into control group and observation group,the control group of 39 cases of intraoperative injection of lidocaine,the observation 40 patients before surgery among injection phloroglucinol,intraoperative injection of lidocaine. Contrast two cervical dilation, the one-time success rate and take the ring analgesic effect. Results There were minor differences in the cervix slack. Observation group had higher intraoperative analgesia efficiency,the success rate was higher disposable take the ring , significant difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In postmenopausal women taking between Central intraoperative phloroglucinol combined with lidocaine can reduce the suffering of patients and improve the success rate of disposable take the ring,has great clinical value.
