摘要
将DEA理论引入我国煤炭企业国际化投资效益研究中。通过分析世界主要产煤国的内外部环境和煤炭产业发展状况,确定了全球18个主要产煤国作为我国煤炭企业国际化的投资目标国并进行具体分析。选取政治风险、经济风险、政策风险、支付风险、煤炭储量、产量和消费量7个指标作为投入产出指标,运用C2 R模型完成对18个主要产煤国的投资效益的评价和排序,旨在为我国煤炭企业的国际化发展提供经验借鉴。
This paper firstly introduces the DEA theory in the study of the investment bene- fit on chinese coal enterprises＇ internationalization. By analyzing the internal and external environ- ment and the coal industry development of the major coal-producing countries in the world,it i- dentifies 18 major coal-producing countries worldwide as the investment objectives of domestic coal enterprises＂ internationalization and completes the detailed analysis. And it selects the politi- cal risk, economic risk, policy risk, payment risk, coal reserves, coal production and consump- tion as the input-output index,and achieves the evaluation and sorting of the investment benefit on 18 major coal-producing countries by using CZR model. The aim is to provide the experience for domestic coal enterprises＂ internationalization.
