污染环境表面在传播医院感染病原体作用的流行病学研究进展 被引量:29

摘要 近十年来,国际医院感染控制界十分关注邻近患者诊疗区域内污染的高频接触表面在传播医院内病原体的作用。目前,尽管缺乏污染的环境表面必定会引发医院相关性感染(HAD的流行和暴发的因果关系证据,但业内公认污染的环境表面在传播多药耐药菌中起着重要的作用,人们通常在HAI暴发期间,可以在环境表面检出具有分子流行病学意义的病原体。
