摘要
结合电站锅炉安装工程实例,对超临界锅炉承压部件内部异物导致受热面爆管进行分析,对工程中承压部件内部异物进行检查清理并提出应对措施,有效地防止了锅炉试投运期间因异物堵塞而发生受热面爆管的事故。
Combining installation engineering instance of the power station boiler, the paper was analyzed booster of heating surface caused by internal foreign bodies of supercritical boiler pressure parts, and put forward the countermeasures, which effectively prevented accidents due to foreign bodies blocked the boiler test during the operation of heating surface tube.
