摘要
荧光标记作为一种非放射性标记技术,已成为现代生物医学研究中不可或缺的方法之一。综述了荧光标记中常用的标记试剂、检测技术以及荧光标记技术在生物医学研究中的应用进展,并展望了荧光标记技术的未来研究趋势和应用前景。
In recent years, the technique of fluorescent labeling and detection has achieved rapid de- velopment and wide application. Fluorescent labeling as a non-radioactive labeling technique has be- come one of the indispensable methods in modem biomedical research. In this paper, commonly used fluorescent labeling reagents, detection technology, advances in applications of fluorescent labeling in biomedical research and the future prospects of the fluorescent labeling technology are briefly re- viewed.
