摘要
为了提高木材的利用效率和管理效率,膜材轮廓的数字化已经成为木材行业的趋势,但是目前现有的手段不能满足日益增长的需求。本文提出了一种使用激光扫描投影成像的方法实现木材的三维数字化轮廓重构。采用线形激光束对木材进行扫描,通过数字图像处理获取木材的边线,旋转木材,可以获得整个木材的三维轮廓数据,从而实现木材轮廓的数字化。本方法是基于非接触式测量方法,系统结构简单,成本低廉,在木材加工与管理方面有广泛应用。
In order to improve the efficiencies of log productivity and management, the digitalization of the log profiles is the trends in the log area, but the conventional methods can not meet the requirement of the development. In this paper, based on the laser scanning method, 3D profile reconstruction system for log digitalization is proposed by using image process. Line shape laser beam is projected on the log and the images of the light are used to determine the edge of the log. By rotating the log,all the data of the profile are obtained. The method described here is based on a non-contact scheme. The structure of the system is very simple and low-cost and has promising application in log pro-cess and management area.
