摘要
目的建立金佛止痛丸中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC 法,依利特Hypersil ODS2（4. 6 mm ×150 mm ×5 μm）,流动相：乙腈-0. 05 mol/ L 磷酸二氢钾溶液（12∶88）,流速：1. 0 mL/ min,测定波长：230 nm,柱温：30 ℃。结果芍药苷在0. 006 46 -0. 129 2mg/ mL 范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率为98. 03%,RSD =1. 5%。结论所建立的测定方法操作简单、重现性好,可用于金佛止痛丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of paeoniflorin in Jinfo Zhitong pills by HPLC.Methods The determination was performed on Elite Hypersil ODS2 column （4. 6 mm ×150 mm ×5 μm） with the mobile phase of aeetonitrile -0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution （ 12： 88） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. The column temperature was 30℃. Results Paeoniflorin was proved to be linear in the range of 0. 006 46 - 0. 129 2 mg/mL, and the average recovery was 98.03 % , RSD = 1.5 %. Conclusion The method is simple and reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of Jinfo Zhitong pills.
