摘要
目的:探讨护士辞职影响因素及稳定护理队伍的对策。方法:采用鱼骨图法系统分析影响护士辞职的关键因素。结果:岗位因素、家庭因素、健康因素、人际因素、社会因素是影响护士辞职的主要5个方面,尤其是前两者是最重要原因。结论:建议医院提升护士薪酬待遇、增加晋升机会、做好离职管理,同时呼吁社会尊重护士职业,消除传统偏见,以保证护理队伍的稳定性。
Objective To study the factors influencing nurses' resignation and countermeasures to stabilize the nurse team. Methods The key factors influencing nurses' resignation were systematically analyzed with fishbone diagram. Results The main influencing factors were hospital, family, health status, interpersonal relation and social conditions, especially the first two factors. Conclusion It is suggested for the hospitals to increase nurses' remuneration and promotion prospects and improve dismission management. And respect from the society is appealed to ensure the stability of nurse team.
