摘要
目的了解护士对患者安全文化认知及组织气氛感的现状及其关系,为制订安全管理措施提供依据。方法对西安市4所医院527名护士采用医疗机构患者安全文化量表及护士组织气氛感量表进行调查。结果护士对患者安全文化认知总均分为(3.41±0.52)分,处于较高水平;组织气氛感总均分为(2.67±0.44)分,处于中等偏上水平;安全文化认知与其组织气氛感呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论护士安全文化认知现状及组织气氛感知水平还有很大提升空间,管理者应从医院组织层面的资源保障及管理支持、团队行为等着手改善临床护士的组织气氛感,促进护士形成积极的患者安全意识及行为,保障患者安全。
Objective To understand the correlation between nurses＇ cognition of patient safety culture and perception of organizational climate, so as to provide basis to establish patient safety measures. Methods A total of 527 nurses in 4 hospitals were investigated by convenience sampling method with Nurse g Organizatiion Climate Scale and Patient Safety Culture Assessment Scale. Results The mean score of nurses＇cognition of patient safety culture was （ 3.41 ± 0.52 ）, which showed a high level. The mean score of nurses＇perception of organizational climate was （ 2.67± 0.44 ）, which was above the middle level. There was a positive correlation between nurses＇cognition of patient safety culture and perception of organizational climate （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nurses＇cognition of patient safety culture and perception of organizational climate need to improve urgently. Nursing administrators should improve nurses＇ perception of organizational climate through resource guarantee, management support and team behavior,in order to promote positive nurses＇consciousness and behavior of patient safety and ensure the safety of patients.
