摘要
目的了解中医医院临床护士核心能力现状,为护理管理者提供数据资料。方法采用一般资料调查表和中国注册护士核心能力量表对某中医医院432名临床护士进行调查。结果中医医院护士核心能力总均分(2.78±0.56)分,处于中等水平;在各维度中,评判性思维/科研能力得分最低,伦理/法律实践得分最高;年龄是中医医院临床护士核心能力主要影响因素。结论建议通过制订规范化培训模式、重视护士评判性思维和科研能力的提高及加强合同制护士的培养来提高护士的综合素质。
Objective To understand the status of clinical nurses＇core competences and provide refevence for nursing managers. Methods Totally, 432 nurses in Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals were investigated by using nurses＇ general information questionnaire and Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse （CIRN）. Results The average score of nurses ＇ core competences was （ 2.78 ± 0.56） in the medium level. Among the different dimensions, the score of critical thinking and research dimension was lowest, and the score of ethic and law was highest. Age was the influencing factor of clinical nurses＇core competences in Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals. Conclusion h is suggested to establish standard training mode, emphasize the improvement of nurses＇critical thinking and research ability, enhanc contractsystem nurses＇ cultivation to improve nurses＇ comprehensive quality.
