文章综述了护理不良事件的定义、危害、后果及护理不良事件管理机构;国内外护理不良事件事件报告系统、报告流程和报告现状,为完善医疗机构护理不良事件上报管理提供参考。
The paper summarized the definition, harm, consequence and management organization of nursing adverse events, reviewed the golbal nursing ad. verse events report system, report process and report status, thus to provide reference for improving the report management of nursing adverse events medical institutions.
