摘要
针对四氯化钛生产过程中的介质特点,分析了奥氏体不锈钢在氯化物介质中产生开裂的原因,探讨了腐蚀发生的条件、机理和特征,并结合现场处理经验提出了工程上可相应采取的防护措施。
This paper aims the media characteristics in titanium tetrachloride production process. Analyzes the reason why the austenitic stainless steels is cracking in chloride media. Explores the conditions, mechanism and characteristics when the corrosion occurs. And combined the scene experience in handling, proposed corresponding protective measures which can be taken in the project.
