摘要
本文在全面分析农村传统养老模式弊端的基础上,从养老服务接受者、养老服务提供者以及成本—效益的视角入手,比较分析"互助养老模式"、"居家养老模式"以及"社会化养老模式"的异同。最后着眼于文化和养老产业化的现实进行对策建议,指出构建多元化、多层次、多渠道的养老保障体系是解决农村养老问题的必须途径。
Based on a comprehensive analysis of the drawbacks of traditional endowment mode in rural areas, this paper comparatively analyzes the similarities and differences among ＂mutual support＂, ＂home - based care＂ and ＂social support＂ from the perspective of recipients of pension service, pension service providers as well as cost - effectiveness. Finally, this paper focuses on the culture and the realities of endowment industri- alization and paints out that the only solution of the problems of rural endowment is to build a diversified, multi - layered and multi- channeled endowment system.
