摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+磷酸溶液为流动相,使用以ZORBAX SBPHENYL色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在254nm波长下对丙嗪嘧磺隆原药进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为1.000 0,标准偏差为0.12,变异系数为0.12%,平均回收率为99.96%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of propyrisulfuron TC by HPLC with acetonitrile and H3PO4 solution as mobile phase, ZORBAX SB-PHENYL column and DAD at 254nm wavelength was described. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0, the standard deviation 0.12, the variation coefficient 0.12% and the average recovery 99.96%.
