摘要
为了提高厚度20-25mm大规格50CrVA弹簧扁钢的淬透性,青钢通过调整优化50CrVA化学成分,将50CrVA中的Mn、Cr、V含量控制在标准GB/T1222-2007要求的中上限,并将扁钢淬火温度从850℃调整到870℃,淬火机摆动频率由1Hz提高到1.5Hz,摆动时间由扁钢厚度每毫米6s提高到每毫米8s以上,淬火介质更换为冷却速度更快的淬火油,并同时增加其流速,生产检验表明,调整后的50CrVA大规格弹簧扁钢可完全淬透,满足了板簧对扁钢的淬透性要求,并得以大规模推广使用。
In order to improve the hardenability of 20mm-25mm 50CrVA flat steel, Qingdao Steel optimized the chemical composition of 50CrVA steel to control the contents of Mn, Cr and V at the middle and upper limits required by GB/T 1222-2007, adjusted the quenching temperature from 850"0 to 870"0, increased the hunting frequency of the quenching machine from 1 Hz to be 1.5 Hz and oscillation duration from 6 seconds per millimeter of thickness to be at least 8 seconds, replaced the quenchant with quenching oil with faster cooling effect while increased the flowrate of quenchant. Production results showed that the 50CrVA flat steel of large size could be fully hardened after adopting the above measures, which satisfied the hardenability requirements of leaf spring and has been widely accepted.
