摘要
对中草药复方透皮吸收搽剂乳房炎康复液(简称"乳炎康")的药效学作用进行探讨。采用试管倍比稀释法,检测"乳炎康"对主要致病菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、无乳链球菌、停乳链球菌、乳房链球菌和致病性大肠埃希氏菌)的最低抑菌质量浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌质量浓度(MBC);采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀试验,检验其抗炎作用;通过"乳炎康"对小鼠的急性毒性效应(LD50)和家兔皮肤刺激试验验证其安全性。体外试验表明,"乳炎康"对金黄色葡萄球菌、无乳链球菌、停乳链球菌、乳房链球菌和致病性大肠埃希氏菌MIC分别为31.25、15.63、31.25、62.5、31.25g/L,MBC分别为31.25、15.63、62.5、62.5、62.5g/L,均表现出一定的抑菌效果;抗炎试验表明,阿司匹林组和"乳炎康"高(75mg/kg)、中(50mg/kg)、低(25mg/kg)剂量组的肿胀抑制率分别为40.65%、39.65%、51.75%、39.07%,"乳炎康"中剂量组能显著抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.05);急性毒性试验表明,"乳炎康"的LD50为44 005mg/kg,属于无毒性药物,而皮肤刺激试验表明其无刺激性,安全性良好。乳炎康体外抑菌效果和抗炎效果明显,属于无毒、无刺激药物,具有良好的安全性。
The pharmacodynamics of the Chinese herbal compound Rufangyan rehabilitation solution（Ruyankang）liniment（transdermal absorption）was studied to provide theoretical basis for clinical application.Through the tube double dilution method,＂Ruyankang＂minimal inhibitory concentration（MIC）and minimal bactericidal concentration（MBC）against the main pathogenic bacteria（Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus agalactiae,Streptococcus dysgalactiae,Streptococcus uberis and Escherichia coli）were detected;the auricle swelling in mice induced by xylene was used to study on the anti-inflammatory activity;the acute toxicity of mice（LD50）and rabbit skin irritation experiments were used to test the safety of＂Ruyankang＂.In vitro test,it indicated that＂Ruyankang＂MIC against the five kinds of main pathogenic bacteria（Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus agalactiae,Streptococcus dysgalactiae,Streptococcus uberis and Escherichia coli）,were 31.25g/L,15.63g/L,31.25g/L, 62.5g/L,31.25g/L,respectively,and the MBC were 31.25g/L,15.63g/L,62.5g/L,62.5g/L, 62.5g/L,respectively,so it showed the depressant effect to the five bacteria.The anti-inflammation test revealed that the inhibitory rates of the Aspirin group,the Ruyankang high,medial and low group were 40.65%,39.65%,51.75%and 39.07%.The result indicated that medium dose of＂Ruy-ankang＂could significantly inhibit ear-swelling induced by xylene in mice（P0.05）.Through the acute toxicity test that the LD50was 44 005mg/kg and the skin irritancy test indicated it had no toxicity and irritation.The bacteriostasis,bactericidal effect and the anti-inflammation activity of＂Ruyankang＂are remarkable,and it belongs to the non-toxic,no stimulation drug.
