摘要
测量结果不确定度是表征被测量结果的主要指标,为了能够很好地评定基于快速傅里叶变换(FFT)的失真度测量结果不确定度,提出了基于蒙特卡罗法的FFT失真度不确定度评定方法。该方法根据数据采集模块和数据处理模块误差源及其概率特性进行重复采样,实现概率分布的传播,对样本进行统计而得到测量结果的不确定度。利用MATLAB对蒙特卡罗法FFT失真度不确定度进行了验证。实验表明,使用蒙特卡罗法评定的不确定度与GUM法评定的结果具有很好的一致性。
Measurement uncertainty is characterized by measuring results of the main index. To better evaluate distor-tion degree of measurement results of the uncertainty,which is based on Fast Fourier Transform(FFT),an assess-ment method based on Monte Carlo Method was proposed. The method involves repeated sampling,which is based on data acquisition module,data processing module error source and its probability characteristics,to realize the spread of probability distribution and obtain final results through sample statistical analysis. The Monte Carlo Method FFT distortion degree of uncertainty was validated by MATLAB. Experiments show that the uncertainty evaluated by the method is well consistent with that evaluated by GUM method.
