摘要
针对移相全桥变换器滞后桥臂较难实现零电压开关(TqS)的情况,提出了添加辅助电路的方案,通过分析对比,设计了一台3 kW硬件电路。该电路可实现超前桥臂和滞后桥臂ZVS,设计简单,软开关效果明显,电路纹波较小,各元件实验波形符合设计。实验结果验证了该电路分析的正确性和设计的可行性。
The phase-shift full-bridge converter lagging leg is hard to achieve the zero voltage switching(ZVS),it is suggested to add auxiliary circuit plan.Through analysis and comparison,a 3 kW hardware circuit is designed.The circuit can realize the leading leg and the lagging leg ZVS.It is a simple design,soft switching effect is obvious,the ripple is small.The circuit experimental wavefonns meet the design requirement.The experimental results verify the validity of the design and the feasibility of the circuit analysis.
