摘要
在间歇釜式反应器中研究了用负载MgSO4改性强酸性大孔离子交换树脂来催化合成醋酸丁酯。在消除内外扩散的条件下,测定了催化剂用量和反应温度对反应体系中醋酸浓度随时间的变化的影响。在催化剂用量与反应物总质量比为0.005-0.04,温度为353.2-373.2 K和常压下,建立了可逆二级反应动力学方程,用初始速率法回归出催化剂用量的影响函数·(x),确定了指前因子k0为5.84×1010 L·(mol·min)-1,活化能Ea为87409.57 J·mol-1,温度对平衡常数影响不大,平衡常数为3.86。在实验范围内对获得的动力学方程进行了验证,计算值与实验值符合良好。
The reaction kinetics of the liquid phase synthesis of butyl acetate with MgSO4 modified strong-acidcationic-exchange resins as catalyst was investigated in a stirred batch reactor. Without internal and externaldiffusion, the influence of catalyst dosage and reaction temperature on the concentration change of acetic acidwith reaction time was determined. The reaction condition is: mass fraction of catalyst to the total reactant0.005-0.04, temperature 353.2-373.2 K, and pressure 101.3 kPa, and the parameters of the kinectic model for thereversible second-order reaction were obtained. The catalyst dosage influence was evaluated by the initial reactionrate method. The frequency factor is 5.84 · 10^101· L.(mol.min)-1 and the activation energy is 87409.57 J.mo1-1. Theaccuracy of the reaction kinetic equation was testified under the above experimental conditions and the resultshows that the calculated values are consistent with experimental values.
