摘要
目的观察协同护理模式对改善老年心肌梗死患者疾病感知的作用。方法 2011年1月至2012年12月,解放军总医院对收治的100例老年心肌梗死患者实施协同护理,分别于实施前后采用疾病感知问卷(Chinese illness perception questionnaire revised edition,CIPQ-R)修订版对其测评。结果协同护理实施后,患者疾病感知各因子的得分与实施前比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论实施协同护理模式可改善老年心肌梗死患者的疾病认知。
Objective To investigate the effects of collaborative nursing model on improving illness percep- tion of elderly patients with myocardial infarction disease.Methods The illness perceptions of 100 elderly patients with myocardial infarction were evaluated by using Chinese illness perception questionnaire revised edition （CIPQ-R） both before and after intervention. Results There was statistically significance before and after intervention of illness perception scores （both P〈0.O1）.Conclusion Collaborative nursing can effectively improve the illness perception of elderly patients with myocardial infarction disease.
