摘要
采用固体超强酸SO42-/ZrO2-SiO2为催化剂,以乙酰丙酮、苯甲醛、尿素为原料,以无水乙醇为溶剂,在加热回流条件下合成5-乙酰基-6-甲基-4-苯基-3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮,产率为73.9%。该反应条件温和,反应时间短(3 h),后处理简便,产率高(73.9%),并且固体超强酸SO42-/ZrO2-SiO2具有容易制备,易与产物分离,价廉等优点,是一种合成3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮类化合物高效的方法。
5-acetyl-6-methyl-4-phenyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-one was synthesized with catalyst of solid super acid( SO4^2-/ ZrO2-SiO2),solvent of ethanol,and aromatic aldehydes,acetylacetone and urea by refluxing under the conditions of stirring,and the yield can reach 73. 9%. The characteristics of reaction were mild reaction conditions,short reaction time( 3 h),simple post-processing,and high yield( 73. 9%). The better method of synthesis of 5-acetyl-6-methyl-4-phenyl-3,4-dihydrogenpyrimidine-2-one by solid superacid SO42-/ ZrO2-SiO2had the characteristics of easy preparation,easy to separate,and low price.
