小剂量红霉素与阿奇霉素治疗婴幼儿肺炎支原体肺炎临床研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的对比小剂量红霉素与阿奇霉素治疗婴幼儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)的临床疗效。方法将82例MPP患儿随机分为两组,每组41例,观察组应用小剂量红霉素治疗,对照组应用阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组患儿退热时间、止咳时间、啰音消失时间、胸片阴影消失时间、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患儿退热时间、止咳时间、啰音消失时间及胸片阴影消失时间差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后两组患儿总有效率比较差异亦无统计学意义(χ2=1.406,P=0.236);两组不良反应主要是胃肠道反应及肝功能异常,均未出现与用药有关的过敏反应,胃肠道反应经口服蒙脱石散后症状缓解,未对治疗产生影响,两组患儿不良反应发生率比较差异亦无统计学意义(χ2=0.544,P=0.461)。结论小剂量红霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎疗效确切,不良反应少,依从性好,可作为婴幼儿肺炎支原体肺炎优选治疗方案之一。 Objective To contrast the clinical curative effect of low-dose erythromycin and azithromycin in treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia (MPP) in Infants.Methods 82 patients with MPP were randomly divided into two groups.41 cases were in each group.The observation group was treated with low-dose erythromycin and the control group were treated with azithromycin.The fever time,cough time,rales disappearance time,disappearing time of shadow of chest X-ray,clinical effect and adverse reaction incidence were observed.Results The fever time,cough time,rales disappearance time and disappearing time of shadow of chest X-ray of children in two groups showed no statistical significance (P〉0.05).Compared the total effective rate of children in two groups after the treatment,there was no significant difference (x^2=1.406,P=0.236 efficiency).The main adverse reactions were gastrointestinal tract and liver function abnormalities,and it did not appear allergy reactions associated with drug using.The gastrointestinal reactions eased up followed by oral Montmorillonite powder using.It did not affect the treatment,compared adverse reaction rate of children in two groups (x^2=0.544,P=0.461).Conclusion Low-dose erythromycin in treatment of MPP has curative effect,less adverse reactions,good compliance.It can be used as one of the preferred treatment of MPP in infants.
