摘要 目的了解冠心病患者对健康教育及其效果评价的看法,为提高健康教育水平提供参考。方法采用面对面、半结构式的深入访谈法,对重庆市5所三级甲等医院12例冠心病患者进行研究,运用Colaizzi内容分析法分析资料。结果提炼出3个主题:对健康教育作用的认知、对健康教育效果评价必要性的认知、对健康教育效果评价的建议。结论冠心病患者对健康教育的认知较好。护理人员应重视健康教育的落实,采用自评和他评相结合的方式进行效果评价。 Objective To explore patients' views on health education about coronary heart disease and on its effect evaluation.Methods A qualitative study was conducted to explore the perspectives of 12 patients with coronary heart disease hospitalized in 5 tertiary hospitals in Chongqing.Data were collected through in-depth,face-to face,semi-structured interviews and analyzed using Colaizzi method.Results Three themes were extracted:the awareness of the effect of health education,the necessity of evaluation of effect of health education,and advices for effect evaluation of health education.Conclusion The awareness of health education among pa tients with coronary heart disease is satisfactory.Nurses should strengthen the implementation of health education,and evaluate the effect of health education by employing patient self-assessment and nurse's professional assessment.
