摘要
济钢三炼钢随着大板坯连铸机产能不断提高,扇形段所承受的负荷不断增加,三节辊辊间距超差、轴承损坏情况严重.通过采用CARB轴承、轴承座冷却水槽改进、改进二冷喷淋系统、调整辊间距对中参数等措施,提高了扇形段寿命,平均使用寿命由不到30万t提高到90万t.
With the constant improving of slab continuous caster yield, the segment load is constantly increase, the three-roll roller pitch is out of tolerance, and bearings are damaged badly. Make the technical modification on the CARB bearing and the cooling water tank of bearing chock, improve the second spray system, and adjust the alignment parameters of roll pitch. By adopting these measures, the service lifetime of segments are improved and average service lifetime 300, O00t to 900, O00t. increases from
